Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with OtakuBabe. We partner with DSers to fulfill and ship orders directly from our global supplier warehouses.
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Products are shipped from our main fulfillment centers, primarily located in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China (ZIP: 322000). If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately.
Estimated delivery times vary based on destination. Orders to the United States usually arrive within 7 to 20 business days. Orders to Canada, Europe, and Australia typically take 10 to 25 business days, while deliveries to Asia and other international destinations may take 15 to 30 business days. Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance or seasonal demand.
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please note that it may take a few days for tracking information to become available.
Return & Exchange Policy
At OtakuBabe, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges under certain conditions to ensure a fair shopping experience.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, with photo or video proof. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
We do not accept returns due to buyer's remorse, size issues, or items marked as final sale. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
If your return is approved, we will offer an exchange or a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Do not return products to the sender's address on the package. Contact us at support@otakubabe.com to receive the correct return address and further instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
